CEO Fred King has been with Silkin since 1984. Prior to beginning his career as a consultant, he owned and managed the largest martial arts facility in the Pacific Northwest.  

Fred has also served as the Chair for the National Federation of Independent Businesses of Oregon, with a membership of more than 8,000 small businesses.

Kathy Korb has been an executive at Silkin for over thirty years. Her background as a Practice Manager makes her the perfect person to explain to owners how the Silkin Systems Method will help to grow your practice & reduce stress.

Isabella King - Director of Training

A South African by birth, Isabella King is an experienced trainer & executive. When she isn't training clients at Silkin, she volunteers with human rights groups abroad.

Eric Korb - Senior Consultant

Eric Korb was the 7th person ever hired at Silkin Management Group back in 1985. In '87 he moved up to a consultant role and has never looked back. Today, as the Senior Consultant, Eric is best known by our clients as the man who calls after each block of consulting to ask the question, "Did you get the help you need?"

Dave McKevitt - Consultant

Dave McKevitt is a top-producing consultant at Silkin and has been with us since 1988. Away from the office, his favorite thing to do is mosey down back country roads.

Scott Barnard - Consultant

Scott Barnard became a consultant for practice owners in 1987. He loves problem-solving and teaching others, earning him the nickname "Mr. Science" with his clients. When he's not rocketing revenue, reach & retention numbers, Scott enjoys relaxing at home with his neurotic kitty Stella, a tractious 16-year-old Tabby.

Steve Rodriguez has been working with private practice healthcare providers for over 30 years.
